hey guys, really sorry for the trouble in what seems like a difficult time. I mistakenly ordered the wrong item due to not having a photo and just pulled the trigger before confirming it was the right one. I tried cancelling right away to prevent payment going threw but the cancelling function is not working.

Really appreciate if the order could be cancelled and refunded. Hopefully I can find another item similar but at the moment I haven't found it it.

So i'll have to pay shipping fee to send it back and might be hit with 15% restocking fee...?

I ordered the item on the weekend at 4 AM and with minutes of placing the order I tried to cancel AND placed it on hold. I followed this up with a support ticket as well. On Monday I phoned in and provided my number for the call back service but it was a holiday apparently. Then I posted on the forum for support.

I did everything I could to avoid it from being sent but it still was now i'll have to pay :(

What you would normally would do in this would be let NCIX know it was wrong and cause it was the wrong item would be to refuse it when it come to your door then open a RMA with NCIX for the right item but with whats going on right now we are in the dark if there is even a RMA department.Sam is the only one right now that could do anything.But all he said was it was shipped out today.I would bump this to see if he reply's back with a fix.

ugh. I keep seeing posts about people saying their order is delays X amount of days and mine was shipping within 2 hours...................................

anyone got advice on how I should handle this? When the order arrives tomorrow should I tell them to send back to sender? Can I do that?

I'm VERY inexperienced with online ordering and even shipping items...I'd have to figure out how to ship the item back...

Then even when then when the item gets back to NCIX it feels like there''s a possibility of not getting my refund....

I did this threw paypal

Hi Miguel

You can decline the shipment (if you don't you will need to contact RMA and pay for shipping back to us) and once we received the return package we will refund to your account less any shipping fees.

Thanks Sam, appreciate the responses. I guess after about a week of me telling the delivery person to send back I'll follow up and see if you guys have received it so then I know when to expect the refund.
