i want to see if and ask if anyone esle had a horrible, terrible and tedious experience with NCIX? I have submitted a ticket more than 5 weeks ago(like Sept 1), and NCIX are still unable to resolve my problem. Reps answers every 8-10 days, keeps disappearing and when they do, they just keep re-confirming something that i have confirmed again and again and again at least 3 times in the process. The last ticket (in priority service box) answered was Oct 2 and the rep disappeared again.

I am just trying to buy a product.....

I have tried the following
1 - i emailed (Since Sept 1)
2 - i called (no one answers during business hours, please don't tell me to keep trying, i have been trying since Sept 1)
3 - i spoke to live chat person multiple times, which told me the team will get back to me shortly (again, since sept 1)
4 - i requested a call back (mulitiple times since Sep 1)

Anyioe got any suggestion?

I'm just gathering what info I can find. I can't seem to access your full tickets, but can see a summary under your account.

You're trying to buy the Note 8, yes?

I think we're just waiting on stock from the supplier. The invoice is in place and since it's an RMA replacement, they're already working on it. I see the credit note was applied to the invoice as well, so that's taken care of.

They're still doing a bit of paperwork on the RMA replacement to finalize the amount that needs to be paid for the upgrade. Once it's finished, they'll let you know what the cost is for the new phone.

Do you have an idea how long this will be?
1 week, 1 month, 1 year? or ....
up until today, I have been WAITING 6 WEEKS for an answer, and i am still waiting :( :( :( :( :(
how can we as a customer have the confidence to buy from NCIX again?
I regret very very very much making a purchase at NCIX.
