I have a product that I would like to RMA, so I started a ticket on April 12, and resent on April 18. I received 2 automated responses saying that they would reply in 24-48 hours. I have yet to receive any human reply. As a Premier Partner, one of the perks is,"priority support response time". I think that is a load of BS.

never had PP myself, but I've heard with PP you get a rep that you can contact directly.
Might be worth a follow up regardless of status of this request to find out who/if you get a rep that you can work with.

I ordered something 2 weeks ago that was supposed to be 1-2 day delivery. I followed up 3 days ago with a message and have never heard a response. I sit forever on the CS phone line and am #17 in the chat queue.

It must be nice to be so successful that you can treat your customers so poorly.

Same here. Ordered a pair of Nvidia 3d glasses 3 weeks ago. Followed up twice since 2 weeks ago. No response so far. Now it becomes 'is not available'. Tried calling customer care and no one was on the phone(20 minutes). I'm wondering if they are on strike or what.

I'm experiencing the same thing. Item has been in stock and not shipped. My order started April 4th. I have created 2 tickets and nothing. This for me is unusual as I have had nothing but good experiences, with ncix. I will call tomorrow to see what is up.

Best way to contact NCIX is sign in and request a callback with a message as to why you are contacting them.

Callback timer can be out by up to 45 minutes.
