Hi there,

I've been waiting for nearly 2 months now for my QNAP TS-853A NAS to ship. I opened support ticket 2866801 in regards to this. The price match I had found for the NAS was about $200 savings. What I'm wanting now is basically to be reimbursed for the price of the NAS plus the $200 for the price match as I will have to go somewhere else to purchase it and it will not be at the discounted price any longer. I have been patient as long as I can but I can't reach anyone by phone. No one has responded to my recent updates to the ticket and I'm now getting extremely frustrated!! Hopefully someone from NCIX is monitoring the forum.

Yeah I think that is absolutely fair considering with the price match was just over $1000 and two months later it is well over $1200. What I don't understand is how drop  Ship can get these products but their stores cannot. I was even told that I could cancel my order and do drop  Ship but I'd have to pay full price. Been a loyal customer to NCIX for years and always had good service but this is absolutely ridiculous. At this point I'd even be happy if they could get one of these from their drop  Ship suppliers and ship it to me without any additional cost. When I purchased this two months ago it was In Stock. I've been more than patient with NCIX for this and I'm not the only one. The other thing that irritates me is that I can't even call anyone as it just disconnects after the pre-recorded message. Very unprofessional!
