They won't listen. I hope you paid through credit card. I tried for weeks to get a confirmation from them and got nothing until I finally used my credit note to buy some overpriced video cards that I didn't really want. No way was I going to let them keep that money. Contact your credit card company and issue a chargeback before they declare  bankruptcy.

I'm still waiting for the refund. I talked today thru chat with Navid (3rd time) and the answer is the same. (soon, we will get back to you, call next week ,etc, etc).
I placed my order on November 4th, and requested the cancellation on Nov 7th thru chat (Navid) and confirmed by you thru this forum.
Please confirm when the refund will be made.

OK, NICX, no answers, tired of waiting and excuses.
I contacted my Credit card, faxed all these talks, printscreens, calls, etc. Requesting a chargeback.
I hope you guys do the refund before that.
