Hi I purchased a bunch of computer parts on November 3. I haven't heard of anything since then. So I started looking on facebook and reddit and found out that NCIX is going through some troubles. I would like a full refund my order number is #4506997 and invoice #10196305. If I cant get this resolved fast then I will phone Master Card.

I hope so.

I've bought a bunch of stuff over the yrs from here. My last computer build I bought everything from here and naturally assumed that everything was good. Hopefully they can turn things around soon.

Just bumping this post. If your on here Sam I would like my order cancelled and refunded. I've tried phoning customer service multiple times this morning and I get no answer. It just always says its busy. Please cancel. My order number is #4506997 and invoice #10196305. I have phoned master card and I am documenting everything. They've given my until a certain date to get a charge back if things are not handled satisfactorily.
