Cancel order 4507621 immediately.

I ordered Nov 7, and I paid you on Nov 7.
I never had to send a photo of my CC in my life.
But I did...

Yet payment is still not verified, and nothing shipped.
I cannot wait anymore for you guys to do your job.

Nobody answers any emails.
Nobody ever answers the phone.
Nobody ever calls you back when you use the call back feature.

Been 3 business days since you order.
A photo may have to be used as your CC could have been flagged.

So you must have made a fake account to make a fake purchase just to post this.

I cannot be the only one to be upset.
Did you even try calling Customer Care in the last 3 days?
Appaling service.

I just want confirmation of my order canceled.
Then I can shop elsewhere.

I said it cause it has been 3 business days since you order, so you can just cancel?
On the day you made order, you wanted to cancel.
Normally orders are processed 1-3 business days before shipping.
I call BS on your purchase.
Plus right now it is a long weekend as monday is a stat holiday and unlikely you will see and happen till Tuesday.

I wanted to cancel since yesterday night.
I had sent my pictures on Nov 8, no reply, no means to reach anyone every day since.

If you say I can just cancel, through the website maybe, then please let me know how.

The charge has been already applied to my CC since Nov 7.
