See the pattern here? Somebody is trying to make it look like NCIX is having larger problems than they actually do. NCIX should be checking the I.P. address of these and shutting them down.

More like lawsuit time against the perp! Shouldn't be hard to track the person down though they have been using Paypal to make these phony orders to later cancel. I bet the are actually small orders. Maybe NCIX should refuse to cancel them. All they are doing is eating up valuable time of an already overworked customer service department.

That's because the auto-generated nickname for your user account is your firstname_last initial. These are people that don't hang out in the forums (like me) that just want their refund.

You're overthinking it and have way too much time on your hands. What difference does it make? Honestly... It doesn't matter. Please don't delude yourself into believing ncix won't be belly up by the new years. They've been having internal issues (credit holds) since June.

What's your theory for them having very little stock? I'm dying to hear it... A computer store with little to no SSD/HDD's is the equivalent of a Rona or Home Depot not having any lumber. Please use logic next time before you post nonsense you're basing off a "hunch".

dude, are you kidding me. In no way am i trying to attack NCIX, I've just resulted to trying to contact them on every avenue possible to get my refund. Had a bad experience, but i wont harp on them to bad because I can't say I'd do a better job. I've tried calling, using the ticket system on multiple categories, and now to the forums. Some people got their orders looked after, So I thought "Why not". Nothing fishy here, just trying to seek help.

Leave me out of your conspiracy theories. I had a very real issue and they had my money tied up in a stupid credit note after an RMA. Tip for anyone listening....use the app to check stock. It is more accurate than the website. I ordered EVGA product and it was shipped same day and received next day. Also the only person I could get in contact with was Dan.graciasbncix.org. He was helpful as he could be despite the situation. Although contact was increased once I had decided to use my credit note. Asking for a refund was met with a stonewall of silence.
