I don't know why you are ignoring this post and answering others.
Pretty ****ty how NCIX is handling this situation and leaving years long customers in the dark
Even if they do remain I seriously doubt I will ever trust them again

I see Balance Due on my invoice since 2017-11-13 but no refund yet...
