Hey Sam,

Can you help me redeem my order. The system says I don't have enough points but I clearly do.

Stock says I can pick up in store same day. Can you make that happen for the Coquitlam store?

I have enough points as shown inside my account. When I click on the Redeem button, I get this error. Attached is a screen grab of the error.

Hi Sam,

I still cannot purchase anything with my points. Every item that I try to add says I do no have enough points. Based on my account, I certainly do. Any ideas?

Considering nobody from NCIX has commented on the state of affairs of the company, I will offer my own assessment, and surmise they turned off the pay by reward points option to avoid having to send out items that have not been paid for in cash to stop the hemorrhaging of the companies assets
