It looks like the end is near, and I just wanted to thank you for all the time and effort you put into helping the customers here, Greg. You didn't need to do this, but you went the extra effort, and some of us really appreciated your hard work.

And yeah, Greg has most definitely been one of the good reasons to shop here - was easy to get hold of, and was informative about order issues, at least 2 or 3 times, for me.

I can only say we are actively taking all incoming calls and we did not just let it ring... I understand it is frustrating for some of you. Submit a ticket or leave a call back number is the best way to reach customer care. If you still have trouble you can leave your order number with me and I will look into this for you.

Sam, with all due respect, the comments being made here would definitely seem to point otherwise. When people are saying that it is taking multiple days,and in some cases weeks to get a reply, that does not indicate that you are actively doing anything. Your call tracker and call back are both indicating closed further indicating lack of response. All/most stock is showing as drop  ship only which further eroded customer confidence, and yet nothing is said to alleviate customers concerns. The lack of ability to contact folks at NCIX and the stock level issues are not anything new, and have only gotten worse with no apparent changes. Can you blame people for reacting the way they are? I know that I for one will not purchase from here nor recommend your business to anyone until such time as I can see a very obvious and positive change in business practices

Well, while the stock levels aren't what they used to be, that's a bit of an exaggeration - I just checked the stock on every item in the "Weekly Surprise Specials" section of this week's newsletter, and there were only 2 items not in stock, and 2 others that were available for drop -shipping. OTOH, many of the items that WERE available, were only in stock at one location..... that, and it was VERY odd to look through the motherboard section of the sale and see ONLY ASRock & MSI boards, and although I'm sure crypto mining has screwed-up vid card availability, there was a VERY small number of cards in that section.

Ok Sam, do you have any info on why this order seems stalled (Order#: 4507711)? Yes, a very small item, redeemed with reward points, but since it appears to be in stock at the selected location, it should be fairly automatic, or is it a case of a lack of personnel at NCIX, and this sort of order needs to be pushed through by a person, or does it somehow require some additional input from me? This is most oddball time to take a "vacation". How on God's Green Earth would someone voluntarily take time off when the plug has been pulled from NCIX's bathtub??? I'm actually a bit disappointed in this comment Babs :
To some, jobs aren't the be all and end all.
- NCIX's "bathtub plug" was pulled upwards of a year ago. These issues have been going on for a significant amount of time, especially since the Ontario branches were closed which was months ago.
- A business should be able to operate without someone (even a superstar) for a short period of time.
- How do we know this vacation hasn't been planned for a year now.
- I would be very surprised to hear that Greg hasn't sacrificed much of his personal life for this company. I can almost guarantee Greg deserves any vacation he requests

Further, for all we know, now is the best time for Greg to take any vacation within a the next couple months.
- Get back before black friday and the seasonal rush.

I'm fond of NCIX and hanging out here and I'm just ticked off we're all going to get kicked out soon. A lot of staffers at NCIX have mortgages, car payments, and other payments and depend on the sound management of the company to keep things going. Sorry if I'm coming off as angry and shooting missiles at people.
