ok, the CPU is buzzing loudly and feels like it's about to die. This is a stock Intel cooler and the entire system was purchased at NCIX. How does the 1 year warranty work? I have sent in an email but wanted to get some info from other customers who know how this works.

I purchased the system at a store but the system was built at NCIX HQ obviously. Will the store do a same day fix? Can't go without a work computer for more than a few hours. Wondering if anyone has any advice to getting this thing fixed under the 1 year warranty. Hoping the local store tech can fix it on the spot.

Same day fix will probably depend on how many other computers are ahead of yours in line. You could always just buy a CM Hyper 212 and install it yourself if you urgently need it fixed.

I've asked a couple of times down through the years if the Langley store could do something quick for me and on both occasions the tech guy said, "I'm so far behind, I think I'm first." Best to call your store or nip by and see how a warranty issue will affect your repair. If it's the Surrey store, you absolutely want to call first...

This is pretty frustrating. Called store, no one picks up the phone at service or sales. Tried calling about 5 times today with the same result. Wait for a long time, get directed to mailbox, then says it's full. Get on chat, they give me a tel # to call RMA department directly, same thing. Wait a long time then left a voicemail and still no call back.

Are staff that busy that there is zero support for post sales support? ...
