I sent in a request for RMA on Sept 3rd. I haven't heard back in any way except one automated email. I just spend about 15 minutes on hold on the phone, then was told I was being put into the callback system. Evidently my case number is "colon zero"

This seriously smells...

NCIX, what's the deal? Have you folded shop? If so, it would be awesome if you could let people know, and stop taking orders so that people don't waste their money on you.,

Sounds like it isn't configured properly. It should still be logging the entry into the callback system, but I guess it isn't passing back the queue number.

The Customer Care team is extremely busy at the moment, as seen by the callback response time. They're working as hard as they can to requests answered as quickly as possible. Mondays can be especially busy because they're dealing with the backlog of requests from the weekend.

Bruce, can you E-Mail me with the number of the phone you were using to call in? I'll ask someone to check the Callback queue to make sure your CallerID info came through.
