Subject: NCIX not shipping order nor responding to any tickets

Aug 27 -Ordered this product -https://www.ncix.com/detail/qnap-tvs-473-8g-4-bay-2xm-2-sata-15-138171.htm Currently it even says "This item is in stock and will ship as soon as possible. Usually ships in 2-3 business days"

Aug 28th- Payment processed email received from NCIX

Sept 3rd- Not shipped yet nor any emails from NCIX so I open a ticket asking about my order

Sept 7th - Wait for days, no response to my ticket. Send a follow up message

Sept 9th - have waited far too long and have now sent 2 follow ups to my original ticket but NO responses. I guess I have to resort to posting this on NCIX forum to get any customer service

I've bought almost all my parts from NCIX for as long as I can remember probably 10 years at least. This is the worst service I can ever remember receiving from NCIX

My order was Aug 23rd, for an IN STOCK item, and while NCIX was lightning fast to take my money, I continue to wait for the product to be shipped. Thankfully I paid with VISA so I am protected from what is starting to look like outright fraud.

L99. That product is not available at NCIX, only from suppliers warehouse, so that would explain a delay in shipping. I know they say 2 or 3 days but suppliers and now you don't even know how many are there either.

If you sent in multiple tickets all that does is slow things down. If you can request call back. Supposedly quicker

So they are transitioning to online only for Ontario, but cannot reply to a ticket within 7 days, and when pressed they say 'try another method'

What is this, a run on the bank where we need to scramble and beg just to get orders processed???

Request callback opens at 9:30AM PST. I requested a callback at 9:40AM PST to find there was a waitlist of 162 minutes. fast forward been waiting for over an hour and it's still 162 minutes. Just horrible horrible customer service

If it makes you feel any better I sent in an email to Karcher (pressure washers) last week for warranty and have gotten no answer. tried to call them and after waiting online went to a mailbox that was full and then hung up. Same thing this morning. It's not just here

Similar situation here: placed order on Aug 30th, payment processed Aug 30th, and... nothing. Stupid me, I checked the 'Check Stock' and saw the same situation that Blackknight posted, but figured, okay, 3 to 5 days. No worries. But the ringing silence isn't so great. And how long does it take to ship from the 'dropship' for pickup at a bloody NCIX outlet, anyway?

I understand NCIX is under some pressure due to restructuring, but this kind of thing just drives people elsewhere, and I'm seriously thinking about it as well.

I sent in a request for RMA on Sept 3rd. I haven't heard back in any way except one automated email. I just spend about 15 minutes on hold on the phone, then was told I was being put into the callback system. Evidently my case number is "colon zero"

This seriously smells...
