Subject: What's a guy got to do to get to get some service?

How does one actually get in touch with someone at this company? I have an order that is long overdue and trying to get a hold of anyone has been RIDICULOUS! No answers to web messages, waiting on hold forever, no responses on twitter. At this point I just want a refund, but how am I supposed to do that if no one will talk to me?

anyone have emails for the executive or managers?

Use the call back feature rather than sitting on hold. Doesn't go any faster, but at least you're not stuck listening to muzak.

You probably have to go to the store... I sent a customer service message on April 05 to do a simple adjustment to an order and I still have not received any response. I tried the online message system but it cut me off saying no agent, i left my email for contact, no response for over a week. My message number is 2784932. What is going on with ncix services...

Use the live chat this is more efficient they respond each time I use it. I don't know why, but they don't seem to receive all mail send probably due to the new zendesk application on the website. Just try the blue button chat in the bellow right corner of the screen.

I have to agree. Callback is a great option when you need to talk to someone.

Unfortunately, the Customer Care team is short handed this week, so they're not getting to tickets and phone calls as fast as they'd like to right now. :(

I did use the blue button but I guess it was too busy and I got disconnected stating no agent to assist. I then received an email asking me to provide my email so they can get back to me. Still no response after a week...

Hmm, it looks like they forwarded the request to the store. The Customer Care department typically doesn't help with in-store pickup orders.

Actually, someone did lower the price on your invoice already, but hasn't refunded the difference yet.

I am in the same postion here. order a full rig and got no news. ! month of waiting , i send multiple message no response... I am relly frustrating now . I thinking of a refund but yea , would i have service there .... Never gonna buy from ncix again...

I'd put a chargeback on your CC.. To be left in the wind for a full rig without a word is utter BS. NCIX used to be great, not soo much anymore.

I started a charge back procedure.

The problem originally was not with them, but with UPS. But my patience has been up to it's limits.

They put you on hold for 15min to force you to leave message, then don't call back. Live chat isn't live at all, it waits for you to time out to send you an email saying someone will read it, but they never reply.

However if you choose SALES on the IVR, you will immediately speak with someone.

I can't blame the support staff, because at this point it's clear they are understaffed and overworked, which in turn makes them less productive and more likely to miss work, creating a very very ineffective support. I see this as a cheap and stupid business direction, and I choose not to support it anymore.

So don't get the package and ask the financial institution for a cashback if they won't refund you.

You have rights as a consumer, just is painful sometimes to have them respected.
